I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Uncertain Future: Because the company is not profitable, job security and growth are not guaranteed. Lack of Learning: You do not feel as if you are learning anything useful or acquiring new abilities. Inexperienced Leadership: Even senior staff appear unclear of what to do, making it difficult to follow precise instructions. No Clear Plan: The company does not appear to have a solid strategy or direction, which has left everyone bewildered.

The founders are absolutely horrible who are role playing as bosses, and act like kids. It has been two years and they still haven't been able to launch a product. They hire whoever will say yes to their whims and fire people who call them out on their incompetencies.
