Its an environment that fosters growth if approached with honesty and integrity. The management is open to suggestions on what is best for the company and their employees and ready to help in achieving the required goals. After all, pressure is often a part of growth. We are required to submit our originals while joining as this helps the company to build trust and for the candidates to follow the rules. Its painstakingly time consuming to hire for every role. this is step is rewarding for me as a HR and helps me achieve my target. This year we had a team outing for 2 days at resort - which was a good step taken from the company.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
