Pure is a good organisation but I work in portworx which is a different business unit. This is one of the most toxic places, no processes, no management, no proper set work life balance, even though you spend entire days, nights and even weekends for this in the end they’ll be like not good enough. From managing to contributing and leading they expect you to do it all and this is happening because lot of incompetent fools in the management.

everything. Worst working environment, worst than a startup, no learnings, old proprietary technology, you can lnot use your brain just follow what the old developers has written. Worst managers. I have made a big mistake to join this organisation, all they care is hire nutanix people and work with them.

Proprietary tech stack. The knowledge gained from here is not at all usefull anywhere. They have there own set of wrapper classes and functions and there own mutithreading system which is extremely waste. If u r a fresher think twice before joining pure storage.
