The worst thing is about this company is the salary payment process which never given on time salary is given 2-3 months and that too half and for other half you have to wait for a month you beg for your own money like begging. Fir bhi owner ko ghanta farak ni padta. the second thing is the communication gap which is so much that if you call any work then they think that you are calling to ask for salary they does not answer your call and message there is no facility for the staff no PF no insurance policy no bonus nothing this is absolutely worst organization and management they do not know how to behave with the employees never be a part of this company because its working condition worse than you can imagine

...nt work with pure cosmaceuticals, Self respect kept it out side , yha ni milegi. Don't expectation salary come on time, fix ni h kb aeee. Also not received complete salary in on time. Learning not available for freshers and experienced.

Worst salary credit system. You will get your salary too late. Mostly after 1.5-2 months. Still didn't receive complete salary. Only half salary is receive after 1.5 - 2months. For rest of salary we need to wait for another 10-15 days. You continuously need to take follow up with owners for salary. No any other policies. Toxic environment.
