There is a long list. Management, work culture, work- life balance, appraisals, list goes on .. In short this is only good for those who wants job security nothing else then It's a good company, but if you want growth, development and your career than Its a big NO.

The work culture is very pathetic. It is sort of a monopoly of a particular generation and thoughts and they dnt want to come out of that. They don't feel any need to implement new ideas they work the way the want old monotonous way and hitler era rules.
