The sites are far away from Station so people in outskirts find it difficult to Travel and Travelling takes a lot time of your rountine. 4. They had Alternate Saturday off for Site people but cancelled from 2022. HO people can work from home on Saturdays.

To much pressure on senior Engineers, lot of work scope, Sr. Engg have all responsibility for delay, quality, safety. billing, Quantity, indenting, reporting, documentation, Reconciliation, microscheduling.

Work is running slow. Execution engineer has to do lots of work like qty working,billing etc. Contractor do not supervisor so junior engineer has to run a lot.
