Punjab gramin bank's policies are against employees. While releasing benifits of employees, Bank goes on for enquiries from Punjab National Bank ( sponsored bank), NABARD, and Ministry of finance to linger on the benefits. On other hand if Punjab gramin Bank finds anything against employees Bank issues command ( without further enquiry).

Likes

There is work Culture in the bank. The Manager can not survive without work , The manager becomes all rounder by doing various assignments.

Dislikes

There is no place for politics in the bank. Generally most of the employees usually come to home daily.On job training is given to each new employee coming Bank. The Managemnet is quite strict.
