Working here at PCCPL we feel like our job is secured. Comoany policies changes time ti time for their employees.

Dislikes

As there is no fix date when salary will be credited to employees accounts, sometimes it crosses 15th of the month. Also national holidays compensation for employees is very less. Also company's canteen staff is very bad and management do not take action against them.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and thay give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . salary is decent but career growth which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is not a company it is just a kharkhana and revolving by few illiterates. There is only a politics nothing more than it every employee has their own relatives appointed nothing they do only few worker's do all the work They have lot of workload rest are taking rest. And in the name of safety nothing is there they are playing with the lives of worker's and very bad food given to worker's. Few people i mentioned here must be out of it otherwise in very few year's this company may shut off. Please take care of worker's. I mentioned name of persons please get them out firstly Avtar Singh, Surinder Paul, S.G Pathak and most illiterate person Pawan pal he is only 10th pass and became a assistant production head.

Teammates everyone on higher rank is bad, politics only politics, very bad work life no one on higer rank visit plant very bad condition of worker's.

There is no system and nothing to learn for freshers. Highly toxic environment . Opretor treated as helper. They cheated with us all 6 trainee chemical engineer appoint as apprentice but didn't take approval for apprentice to Apprenticeship Advisor at last they relive us without training certificate so I want to give 👎👎 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

About leadership good, to make plans fresh employees training schedule sop, work environment is better, each employee bear mask, gloves, helmets, hear cap, gum shoes when enter work premises.
