I'm happy the fact that i was part of the site team as a result of which there were good learnings.

Dislikes

Compensation is pretty low and there are no increments / promotions. Even after working for almost 2+years, there was not even a point where I had received a bonus (which is actually a part of the profit and not from CTC).

My job is secured and safe there is no any tension about the job all due to my working.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I have been working near about 03 years of this company here's s a great job of doing my official work here compairly other companies. The whole staff members doing any job as a team work that's a good thing not individually.

Salary program. Otherwise everything is good. Your job is not to get salary according to your position and work. It's painful

Worst company, bankrupt, alwys hold staff salary. My salary isn't paid since 1 year. Punj Lloyd is a fraud and all the corporate seniors also are fraud

Never pay salary. I regularly work for 14 hours , no Sunday's

Good for career growth especially in Hydrocarbon sector. In India Only one purely mechanical company have working exposure on all type of tank ages and piping.lots to learn from Punjlloyd.

Due to some Unfortunate Issues the Salary was delaying.and expect all the other things are Good.
