Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

I like the work culture over here, and i like the people my seniors specially my deputy engineer he is very supportive and kind person. I learn many things over here like how to manage your professional and personal life , how to handle any situation, my confidence is boosted and I'm feeling very much confident now. I think the work we do in the office salary is less and we did not get salary in time in entire year . And we are looking for stipend and they are giving us salary like daily wedges employee that is Little bit upsetting for me atleast .

No salary do only work if u say anything about payment then u r not gud staff then u have to suffer from daily tranfer orders and daily joining orders...
