I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

The company has many partners which brings in projects for the company. The employees work for these projects directly. In many projects you will be handling all alone with the client requirements, though the PUNCH IT team is always available for any kind of technical/non-technical guidance, suggestion or support. Such work technique brings in a lot of exposure to the employee and helps to build a technical platform in one's carrier. The exposure benefit of work is not limited to India, but the company has it's branch in Australia as well. The visas are sponsored by the company and thus another positive thing for an employee who seeks to gain experience on international work grounds.
