Worst BPO EVER. I have never seen such people who are on top of hierarchy. No sense of talking and listening. No Employee care dep. in the BPO. All TL and senior manager has zero team leading and team handling skills and if you ask them question that they can't answer about their own company and process they start taking it personal and ask for HR discussions.

Dislikes

Working hours= 11 Salary = late and lots of deductions upto 40% deduction Rude behaviour

I didn’t liked the company.. Not at all good to work with..

No professional growth.. They only pay 15,000 per month with lots and lots of work. As it end at 1 am in the morning we expect that they’ll free us at sharp 1 am but the last work team call sometimes goes upto 2

Policies of company is worse. They gave us job on 2 off in a week(sat,sun) & wifi rebusment on every month. But now in 1year only they are drop wifi bill rebusment also only sunday off (Saturday off is no more). Salary is too low & Referal police is worst ever i saw in company (They are only said about Referal money but not given). They wanted to work extra 30min everyday.

The shift timing is very good one can complete all their work in day time and also can get sufficient time for sleep, it helps us understanding the customers ecsent and to make our communication skills stronger
