Company culture is not good and this needs to improve. There is always a job security issue and a lot of people feel insecure. People have been let go for no reason. Also, Management in India needs to learn to improve and be open to feedback. It can’t be a case of being invincible. Sometimes it feels like leadership team in India is waiting to find some one to pin the blame on for some issue, rather than fixing the problem. I have learnt a lot from people in Puma across different regions but unfortunately I don’t find any inspiration or motivation from leadership in India. You can’t speak out to people who feel they are always correct

Management is pathetic and coz of that work culture is also pathetic. They speak alot about their speakup service. But if anyone speak up then they are thrown out from company. Any fine day company will decide that certain position is no longer required and they throw out employees. No skill development. People who wants to grow should not join as all departments are hiring over qualified people n there is no job satisfaction. Work life balance does not exist in this org.

...ey even terminate employees of their work is done or for cost cutting reasons. People come here for the salary package they are being offered but then get stuck in this never ending mess and find it really hard to get a new job as the package is already high than the market standards. You won't be able to justify your salary. It's a trap Even though you get higher salary but you'll be expected to work for extended hours everyday and sometimes at weekends too. Leave policy is the worst. We get 35 annual leaves in total but no Indian leaves or leaves granted by the company. For every National holidays, your personal leaves will be deducted. For eg. Independence Day, Republic Day, etc. You won't get leaves easily on the last week and the first week due to month end work. You'll get only on exceptional basis. If it's extremely important. You can be asked to login even if you're on leave. Your well planned leaves can be cancelled anytime. One of my friend had planned for an International trip for which his leaves were approved but at the last moment it was cancelled due to work load. That's how horrible the work culture is. Mental stress is very common here and working extended hours will gradually start affecting your physical health. Conclusion: Salary the only good thing Zero work life balance You'll be left with no personal life Terrible leave policy You'll suffer with mental and physical health issues Good thing is every person goes through the same so you can crib about the work life like every other place. Don't fall for the attractive salary package. You're being pulled in a hell which will make it very difficult for you to get out of. All the best
