Firstly it is a shell company with false showoff as a working unit. There is no work but they create as if there is work, foreign currency is converted to Indian currency which is the only motive.

... and hikes u either need to b a beautiful girl or a boy with wealthy influences. There is no job security, salary is not credited on time, no payslips and relieving letters are given when the same is asked to hrs they behave very rudely with you. The company even exploits the pf amount. Tls and CTls are worthless and incompetent.

Pulsus is a fantastic place to start your carrer as a recent graduate. The supportive atmosphere provided by the manager and team leads is really appreciated.

... company, worst management, worst manager, even after many years experience for some employees they are reducing salary, fraud company, no respect, if anyone works there future will spoil

...y and those who cant find any job to survive this option can be last preference. There are no incentives, less pay(dont expect more than 10k), very high loss of pays, no addressal of issues/problems faced by employees, toxic place to work. Concentrix can be better option compared to pulsus.

Colleagues were good and friendly. Team lead was supportive. Office environment was very nice. They will provide you non payable long leaves in case of emergency.

There are no CL or SL. They will cut the salary for no reason. The attendance sheet is always a blunder. For every month new rules are created. Salary least work pressure peaks. Every time revenue revenue revenue. After generating the revenue they won't give incentive. No pay slips. The basic pay will be seen just on the paper but not in the bank account. Only 2 criteria's one achiever another non achiever. Very slow growth. You'll get fed-up with copy paste work. My suggestion is not to join the company for good sake. Rest is your wish and karma.
