Its like school. Manager behaviour towards his employees is worst. Basic salary is very less and no promotions. If you get registrations worth 2500$ for your conference, you will get 2500rs incentive along with your basic salary. Its such a scam actually. Every month you need to get at least above $1200 so that deductions will not be there from your salary. Otherwise you will get deductions from your normaly salary. This is such a scam. This job is not even good for beginners because the experience you get from this job is of no good. If you move to genuine industries, you need to newly learn work culture, salary perks and employee benefits. Beginners will think 19k-23k salary as a fresher is actually good but even after 3yrs of experience, your basic salary stays same. Only incentive and allowances will be increased. Single word: Dont opt for this job

...hough everything will be decided my Mr. Sandeep the manager Pampet HR and TL. They won't even have proper fund to pay employee worst organization ever this useless are serving only because organization is in DLf if not it would destroyed by the employee itself. It's is a fake organization they won't run conference they just steal people money. Scamers kindly throughout this organization and save many graduates life. 🙏 HR and admin no use waste fellows

Colleagues were good and friendly. Team lead was supportive. Office environment was very nice. They will provide you non payable long leaves in case of emergency.

There are no CL or SL. They will cut the salary for no reason. The attendance sheet is always a blunder. For every month new rules are created. Salary least work pressure peaks. Every time revenue revenue revenue. After generating the revenue they won't give incentive. No pay slips. The basic pay will be seen just on the paper but not in the bank account. Only 2 criteria's one achiever another non achiever. Very slow growth. You'll get fed-up with copy paste work. My suggestion is not to join the company for good sake. Rest is your wish and karma.
