There are so many things.... 1)Starting with Director I can say Weird, moody & take a personal revenged on each & every employee. 2)Though team size is small but heavy internal politics. 3)Unnecessary pamper to licker employs & disrespect with loyal & effort taking employee 4)During time exit hold salaries & expenses for 3 to 4 months infarct director avoid to give it back. 5)Not good place for women as no respect for them by management 6)very poor job security & owner based company (No value to employee) 7)Very poor, narrow minded , self obsessed, misogynistic & selfish director

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is given to new joinees.
