While working at Public Health Technologies Trust we are not only working but we are also doing it for a social cause. We work in those areas where the health facilities are nil and while working in those areas we get the feeling that we have done a little bit for the betterment of society and this is possible only due to PHTT. We learn so many new things and meet different types of people during our work which not only motivates us but gives the boost to our future.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about the PHTT, but yes we want to make it a success and it can be done with the help of our team members.

Likes

I particularly enjoyed working in a team environment and learned a lot by collaborating with other members. One of my favorite aspects about working in this environment as a junior team member was that I had the opportunity to learn from those in senior positions in the company.

There is nothing in the policy or in the management which is disliked.

One thing you can like is no work. No work at all

Dislikes

This is a Lala run company with projects from government so no problem with money. People don't want to work, Friends and family are running this company. No place for good suggestions or growth. You can't grow with this company just sit idle and just show/pretend you work a lot. In long run, this company is not going to grow or may not even stay
