Great Place to work in the public health sector. The employees and bosses are extremely helpful and always guide us to achieve greater heights. The only drawback is the project oriented employment, which means unless a new project is confirmed, there might not be a job after the project ends

Nothing to dislike. Maybe the compensation being offered can be made more competitive. Nothing else apart from that

In phfi, professional satisfaction depends upon the team in which you are working. Unfortunately my team experience was bad, though few teams were very good and happy.

If I work hard security is always with us. Abut work culture is good nice peoples very supporting. Management what can I say I just wanted to say management and between employee coummunication gap not Clearfy to employee.

Like my contract is end 30th june 2021. And without any reseaon ther fired my and then tell me the Clearity my superviser called me up Suddnly and the sad rahul Becouse of insufficiant fund we are not going to countinue and after fired me they increase whole team sallary. If fund is not there so how can you increase whole team sallary everyone is knowing its a crisis time whole world are suffring atleast in this situation you cut my 20-30%sallary and save my job. We think we have a job. I working more than 10year in phfi same project ccebdm.

Horrendous reporting manager Micromanager, insecure, dominant and manipulative My reporting manager was Dr Sunil S Raj I was initially told i would be given an year long contract, i resigned from my job and during my joining i was given 4 months contract. Imagine the panic, anxiety and stress i was in.

1. Every Saturday and Sunday holidays. 2. If u need more holiday they have to give it no objection. 3. Every year appraisal more than 10%. 4. Company atmosphere is cool and going good. 5. Flexibility to travel any where they provide flexible accommodation and travel and etc. 6. This is right place for preparing your self any competitive exams. Etc. Thank you.
