This govt scheme is very good but employees are not given any facilities here I think if employees are given facilities they will get better results.

...his is a government project, all the employees here are working under contactor. Where contacts are not giving them proper salary. And the salary we are given, a family can never live properly.

The office staff behaviour is very good and friendly and help each other to solve the problems. And i like the work very much because PHED provides water to the villages for poor peoples.

Its good to work there but there having tension sometimes due to pressure.

PHED, Bihar is very popular in people, Because his Work is related directly with public.The main objective of this department is Supply the Safe drinking water to each house hold.Previsoly,the execution of Shauchaly in rural area.

In this department only one demerit that decision is not done by higher officers, Due to this Scheme is not by appropriate time.

Likes

As per Government job security it is naturally great. But when it comes to growth & development I will never suggest anyone to join specifically in my cadre i.e. Work Assistant. Therevis no growth such as promotional benefits & other as such development in this cadre.

Dislikes

I will only share feedback in Work Assistant position & that is quite harsh. We do field work as well as official work. But without any growth benefit or recognition whatsoever.

I am very satisfied to this job as directly related to community.. Moreover i was resign the job of irrigation department with the same post which i have today becasue i like PHED

No carrior of promosion as well as no any efforts response specially we have no vehicle convence
