It's an organisation for bootlickers. Those who are good at it will remain, those who do not, will be thrown out of it. The company is extremely laidback with zero enthusiasm and knack for creativity or introducing anything new. The administration, especially HR is just there for namesake.

It is the best place to learn, grow and polish your skills. I have learnt a lot in PTI. The seniors were very humble and kind. They always correct small mistakes with a smile. They alwaysltivate to learn and do work according to youself. Here you learn and know your ability.

There is no option to be permanent after completing your internship. You have follow same process that everyone follows to get a job in PTI. They don't consider if you have done internship with them or not.
