...PTD Cleantech have Good Supportive Management where working becomes comfortable. Have good policy for Salary Increments as based on your work you will be having salary increment even if it is not mentioned in your Offer Letter. Job Security is also good as i have completed here almost a year & time passed away best with lots of Knowledge acquired. PTD always have Good Projects where we have lots of Knowledge to learn. Have Projects from different geographical regions throughout globe.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. Huge salary differences in the company. If one is joining PTD should ask for money initially only. You get no benefits later on. Also once you resign (Happens very rarely, most of people are kicked out) companies behavious is very harsh with you. While leaving they ask for settlement refunds on Leaves, Medical insurance etc also if you have extra working days they say that you will be paid for it but after leaving company they give you half of your per day salary. And also you will be asked to sign full and final settlement letter with this much cutting after that only you get relieving letter.

You can explore what you want to do like drafting along with design calculation. Then you can get a execution experience.

Whatever you want to explore you need to explore by your own company dosent teach or even motivate for that. High level of internal politics which makes your work environment toxic. Favouritism is more. Partiality is at higher level. Poor management.

PTD Cleantech Solutions, being a young organization, gives a lot of possibilities to explore one's own strengths and allows to leverage the same for personal growth as well as that of the organization.

So far, the organization has been on a constant improvement curve so nothing much to complain about.

Company is handled by bunch inexperienced leaders. Favouritism is based on personal preference not on technical competence. Person who resigns here has to face harassment from leadership.
