प्राइवेट कॉरपोरेट सेक्टर से कम वेतन । Lower salary than private corporate sector.

I would like to say that, I worked in various departments in JNU, and there is lots of experience to handle students, staffs and knowing about admission process, administrative rules regulations etc. And finance too..

Dislikes

There is no opportunity for permanent and salary hiking is very low as per govt. Of NCT of Delhi.

Working in a PSU is not bad. In PSUs the employees are getting very good remuneration in addition to the other benefits like PRP, cafeteria etc.

Dislikes

In PSU, the employees who were rendered more than 35 years of service are getting a nominal pension of about Rs..4000/-, hence no social security is available if we work in PSU.

Besides reasonable salary and perks. And lastely to get opportunity to serve the people proudly and honestly.

Politics of groupism , inappropriate transfer policy , influence of union and associations , victimisation of innocent and non influencial on posting under transfer policy ,non existence of performance based variable pay and perks.
