Top level management is worthless., Doesn't know how to deal with the clients and employees also. no Management skills. Local branch manager is also not worthful even as team leader. Nobody is having product and technical knowledge and behave like they know everything. No proper employee welfare and security. HR Policies are pathetic, under showered.

cowards and political players will have future than handwork lovers. Top level management do not have relevant skills and not fit to their roles. being IT integrators technical skills are '0' with high manpower to show the headcount. most of their clients are corrupted and money flows under the table to most of the clients after giving the business to PSR Group. Empoyee Hike for every 48 months

Strong training, Knowledge transfer and company culture and motivation

Its really a good company to start career for freshers, strong training and knowledge transfer where freshers can adopt and learn new things, besides this good freedom to deliver your work.
