...s who get paid by percentage so that is why they do not want to cancel any case. Others are junior consultants, and on fix salary. No fixed working hours. Sometimes they have to work more than 60 hrs.a week. Sunday is off, if no on call duty on that day. Work is good but gets exhausting. Need a good administrator who can push surgeons to start their cases on time and no elective cases after 3 pm. But I do not think it will happen. All complaints by surgeons gets percolated to junior anaesthetists through HOD. He also does not likes if his department people take their own leaves. Why? Off dete nahi aur leave le sakte nahi!! Sometimes some people get one day off for liver transplant surgery. Which ideally should be 2 days as per govt. protocol . Thanks to God that I have already left this place. Saturday is the busiest day for OT and gets over usually by 9 pm.

I work in critical care department. My HoD is worst. Selfish man. Just wants to extract work with no academic teaching. Unable to save even basic patients due to arrogance and red tape. Never get patients here as even if younger doctors want to do interventions he just is rigid and unable to do anything.

I didn't like the work culture and policy as being with the organisation for 6 years and hoping for better was my worst decision. Every year things became worst no work ethics or proper staff management. Poor management led to dis-satisfaction and leaving the company

I have worked with nephroplus for 7 years in the starting years of my tenure it was good to go but ,later the administration staff started doing partiality, became rude and were paying good amount of salary to new comers and never use to listen old employees in terms of salary and other issues.
