The company culture and learning things are so much, salary for trainees is also good, the career growth is avarage, the transport and food is also good.

The job security is very bad, the appraisal was depends upon management's whether they the trainees or permanent or not. The security things like they are the only the boss companies, and treat like the peoples are worst.

Nothing is good there. They are just exploiting employees

The management is like shittt. They force to work on Sunday without paying salary. We have to work on public holiday with no benefits. They deducts salary i we have any absent but they will not allow us to use any CL or Coff or weekoff. Carrier growth is zero. We are not allowed to use our mind We are not allowed to learn new things because machine should not be idle even when input parts not available.employee has to work like donkey.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Skill enhancement is Zero, Employees morale never bothered. On the job training is not given to new joinees
