One of the best companies to work with. Employee centric company with a very good work culture. Still, not happy with it's transition to TCS. I think this is the bad decision that Prudential has ever taken.

The only thing I liked abt working for PPMS is the shift timings. Working in afternoon shift helps you beat the peak hour traffic.

Prior to 2010, ppms was a good company to work with. Then slowly the managent changed. They choose people managers even without thinking if he/she is ready to manage people. Lack of man management skills in these managers creates conflicts which directly affect you, your career and your chances of getting a good raise in salary. Then there are groups who influence everything. You lose out on opportunities if you aren't part of that group. You just cant let your work do the talking if you cant butter-up to your manager. These are just some of the things that I thoightt were worth mentioning. My free advice to all of you is choose ppms only if u cant find anything else.
