This school doesn't pays salary. They make false promises and salary of employees are pending from Nov 2020 till Feb 2021 not a single penny paid. And yes the experience certificate which they issue is terrible nothing important is mentioned pertaining to one's candidature.

Work culture is really appreciable. I have learnt and learning a lot of new things here.

Salary is not according to the scale and work pressure. The duplication of work is unappreciable. And the children of teachers should be completely free through out their schooling.

I didn't know it would be such a torture to work with this school. Although established in 2005, policies and guidelines are not in place. Teachers join and leave every year so that they don't have to give a raise. Even the principal of 5 years got upset and left in June 2019. Then the owner who is economics graduate and his fashion designer wife run the school as per their whims and fancy. For the last few years they ran out of funds and couldn't pay the staff yet went abroad and partied as if it's none of their concern. The students don't respect the teachers as they do as they see the management doing.

... Worst school... Don't cooperate with teachers... Teachers are their servants... Don't give the salary on time
