Work culture is not good. Management is not transparent. Teammates are supportive.company policies are very bad. There is no appraisal process at this organisation.bonus facility is not available at this organisation.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our concerns and issues.slary is not provided on time. And career growth is too much slow.on job training is not given to new joiners. Working hours and job responsibilities are also not define for every employee.
