Nothing at all, they communicate any unethical management decisions in very polite way. ( May be , bcaz that is completely unethical)

Dislikes

They have been laying off since April 2020. Unable to sustain their business for long, removed good number of people without seeing the current situation in the market. No business roadmap, worst client management, Zero job security, feels like a contract role, Although, I feel there is one good member in management team. I would not specify any names for the good one or bad one, you can assess after 2-3 discussions. Definitely not recomending for any of my friends, family or my colleagues - it's a big risk, they will offer 1 or 2 lakhs extra , just to get you in ...as they would have current project demands. Once 3 months or 6 months contract over, they will try to find new role which they won't be getting as they high skilled new MD :P , they that person will start creating pressure and keep on asking you to put down the paper. At last, I wasn't planning to write these things here. But somehow most of the current employees have seen this in current situation, at it was really stressful. So, definetly not a ideal employer to work with.
