Not all but many of the leaders are very arrogant, they only think from organizational perspective, donot care much about individual career needs. People who gossip with leaders and manage to make personal bonds thrive more. Culture is somewhat toxic. HR is unable to handle their own team, handling business is farfetched for them. Learning is limited since scope of work is of ground level and rudimentary.

Company culture and policies are good. Company gives good opportunities to work on different technologies and is open to innovation.

Dislikes

I couldn't find any reason to dislike Providence. Compensation is good but growth is bit slow for freshers. On-job training could have been bit more detail oriented. Otherwise it is good.

Leadership lacks clarity regarding our forward vision. Commence multiple activities simultaneously and proceed with them for several quarters without making any progress. More pressure on initiatives than business needs Not a realistic strategies on growth and expansion

Poor upper management driven company. If someone don't like you then they will make bad perception otherwise all okay! Management only believes in show off and apart from show off there’s nothing in this organisation. No work no learning no progress. Everyone just need to come to office daily and some chit chat show off and go home. Ultimately if you want to destroy your career go there. Spend day in Office and calls at night with counterparts.

Work life balence is at its best. Talent has all doors open at providence. The facilities , both infrastructure and mental peace are the best. Overall it gives the 'my comoany' feels. The accomodation part for interns makes their best days of life.

As of now nothing
