The Director of Ops constantly lectures about productivity and company culture but his own behaviour devoid of any decency. He regularly schedules zoom calls to interrogate team members on every minute of their day, often neglecting basic needs like meals.
I personally endured severe targeting on numerous occasions and faced coercion to work from 9AM till midnight. The Directors idea of motivation is to publicly shame team members over trivial issues, creating a toxic atmosphere of fear and stress.
Many team members have already left the organisation due to unbearable work pressure and insult of India Ops team director. Both the leadership and India Ops Director exhibits a callous attitude towards their staff, leading to serious health issues among team members.
If you value your mental health and career satisfaction, stay out of Provenir.
This place is a recipe for misery and regret.

The way you treat people, as if they are mindless robots rather than human being with families, is a clear reflection of your lack of basic decency and empathy. Its shocking that someone in your position lacks the common sense and humanity necessary to lead. Its about time you learned how to speak to your subordinates with respect and professionalism rather than using intimidation and arrogance as your leadership tools.
