Nothing is there to like. Too much politics and exploitation of employees. Management thinks they own each individual over there.

Dislikes

Zero job security. They can kick you out in a second without any reason. And will give any stupid reason to shut you. Management here should be in politics. They have their own relatives in the company and rule along them in the rest of the employees.

Dislikes

The company hires family members of senior management who often get priority over other employees. They sometimes use unrelated reasons to pressure you during work and evaluations. Also, some senior staff members may not have enough technical knowledge to support their teams effectively. This is not for experienced.

Good Work-life balance. The Upper Management listens to the problems and try to resolve it on priority

Dislikes

The NOC department lacks vision. They hire network engineer but their clients are server based monitoring. Sometimes they over utilise resources by making simple approach into much more complex. You make work as an associate system engineer in NOC, but they will treat you as a service desk agent. The Upper Management and the CEO lacks vision.

Don't have enough resources to work Need to work on multiple projects on single time. Appraisal process is too slow and they only commit not follow their words
