...they will bring you down. They discriminate you on the basis of gender and race. Talking about salary perk you don't have any starting salary id 15500. No paid leave pr sick leaves for a year. No experience certificate if you resign before a year. They want you to work after office hours if you don't do that bravo you are the next target. There is no flow or hierarchy.

Everything, worst hr worst production manager, after selection not provide offer letter, too much confusion and after joining he telling don't tell anything about your salary or position, go and work

Please be in touch with department heads cause make sure that is she really fit for the department head or else not.. Communication is must in order to improve the company stats

The employees doesn't have minimum sence. They don't know how to behave with co workers . It may impact negatively to the company

A very good place to gain knowledge about industry level and manufacturing especially for freshers. As the company involves many standard certification, employees will be get to involve in achieving the same. Working environment is very supportive.

Employees are suggested to stretch their working hours even after logging in on time

When I joined here for the first time, I felt like a family.. Everyone was very friendly even my colleagues was very helpful n my then QA manager was very nice person.

I worked for 3 n half yr later I quit this job n rejoined after 3 yr as Quality Executive bt I was treated like a fresher by theQA manager who joined after my resignation there also treated as if I don't know anything n I was cornered in all matters. So I had a bad experience after I rejoined there. Coming to the team was also not good as they used to make groups within themselves.. Talk good in front n bad at the back, we were not in union.. When I quit my job for the 2nd time due to my family n my kids prior to notification period I was not paid my 5 days salary n PF amount.
