Everything.. Late night sittings for no reason.. No overtime pay, no leave encashment.. Full of office politics.. No straight policies, your job is based on your manager's whims and fancies. Managers keep extending probation period and not securing job as permanent employee even after completion of their probation period of 6 months. This is with every employee in legal department at every level.

On time salary, 30 days of leaves

Dislikes

Everything. No culture, No system, No Process, No reward, No recognition, No recompense of hardwork. Management works like dictators. No new projects. Newly joined technical people behaves like they are high castes and others are low caste. They want to sell technology products and services but they have hired tech people on reference basis without tech knowledge. The pressure to perform is high, but there is no strategy provided on how to achieve the targets. They want to sell their services to the government & enterprise clients but they don't have any services. Sales guys don't know what to sell but are given very high targets to achieve.

For employer no benefits and salary less and deduction a lot never expected any one to compare other companies.. work environment is good.

Work process is simple and no bigger apportunity for growing skills.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. (Vender staff)

CTO department management because treat us like a insects and they don't care employees manger is not supportive even upper level of head is also not supportive. even there is a hierarchy system , there is designation attitude in upper management there is no freedom of speech Other department work culture is better than CTO
