The work has been always challenging.. Because of the overload of work pressure and lack of teamwork and communication.

Dislikes

Salary won’t get on time, sometimes 2 months overdue. And internal politics between management gives confusing atmosphere to workers. Work environment for field supervisors are ok, but for office staff it’s a tight packed container and not enough room for people to do their paper work.
