...ont pay attention to freshers while training and ask them to train by thier own. The salary which they offer is too less... Long working hours (12 hours a day). No work life balance. No Canteen facility. Too much of work pressure. Dull environment.

The tem leads are friendly and manage well, work is demanding which helps to sharpen our skill, company is very open to hiring freshers, colleagues are very friendly and helpful, the projects that we get to work on are intresting

Dislikes

Initially one month will be unpaid training period. working hours are a bit long but flexible (9:30- 20:00 or 21:00), apart from this everything is good

Fresher can learn lot of technical stuff and improve their skills like learning softwares or learning the codes used in mechanical engineering.

There is no perfect management in company. They have to improve their management and try to take feedback from their experienced employees.

experience up to 2 years this is good company. we can explore most of the FEA concepts.

If you are more than 2 years experience nothing to learn, horrible work life balance, company management decisions always changing frequently based on their comfort. if you work dedicated its not a matter for management won't recognize, if you show-off then management always recognize.
