...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to New joinees.

...ake fake commitments,once you give many bookings,all the cream will be digested by directors only,you will get salary only,work like robots,no fix timings of work,no weekoffs,spoonfitters will get appraisal..

They promise an 8-hour job but make you work 10-11 hours No leaves during probation, not even for emergencies If you quit before 30 days, you don’t get paid ₹5,000 fine + two days' salary deduction for an emergency leave No proper leads, just cold-calling random numbers This company is a nightmare for freshers. Don’t fall for their false promises!

Nothing is good in this company Your manager will give half money when the salary date is close . Many time they hide many things regarding your clients. They steal every client from you and they don't give you full salary overall it's a fraud company.

If I talk about skills development then that's very good ...as you will learn much about the real estate but if I talk about salary and incentive part then this company is worst in this matter as they don't give you full salary according to your work even they don't identify your hard work and this way you can't get motivated, they just die for revenue and if revenues generated by sales then only upper level will eat and those who is doing hard work will not get anything.
