Would've rated a five star for everything, I definitely loved my company and was extremely grateful for my job before my Team was changed. Inefficient people at the top who do not understand the basics of real estate. Experience does not equal to skill. I'm working overtime and spend my week off in anticipation. Wouldn't continue any longer if team isn't changed.

I like working at Propmart Technologies because it gives me a chance to learn and work on interesting projects. As an Executive Software Developer, I get to use technology to improve real estate solutions. The team is supportive, and the work environment is great, which makes it a good place to grow and develop my skills.

The working culture at the Pune branch is extremely bad... There is absolutely no job security. The management team only hires and fires... but they have no clue how to do marketing, yet they blame the manager and ground-level staff for it
