Huge hectic environment and according to the company of there is no any projects immediately start amd keep the employees in pip and will do termination immediately without giving any proper explanation.

... will have fear of firing as they have very less and not getting new projects. No appreciation and work not match the given pay. Also i hear from juniors that if an Intern wants to leave in between internship they are asking 2L else they will sent legal notice to intern students.

No job security at all, lays off employees without employees without any prior notice, even when you were signed in for a bond of 2 years. Worst place to get placed in. Freshers should not choose Propel.
