I strongly advise anyone considering joining this company to think thrice. Joining this company was a huge mistake. Initially it seemed promising, but after few months, the toxic culture became clear. Management and the HR are shockingly unprofessional, speaking to employees disrespectfully and showing zero work ethics. I even had to fight to get my earned money! Leaving was the best decision I made. The stress and negativity here don't just affect your time at this job; they impact your future as well. The culture and environment are so toxic that even after leaving, you may find yourself struggling to perform at your next job. The senior management even goes as far as questioning employees who leave honest review on public platforms. It's as though they want to silence anyone who dares to share the truth. Please, don't join this company unless you're willing to endure constant disrespect, delay in payment, and a toxic culture that could affect your career long-term. You deserve a workplace that respects and values its employees - this isn't it.

The Director, very much micromanaging and very shallow attitude, doesn't seem during the start but then you realise the same later when you start working with him.

Company promotes a healthy work life balance, completely remote working. The CEO (Manish Ballani) is approachable, transparent and genuinely cares for employees. I had a good comeback after a parenting break, company encourages mothers to work @ Propella.

I am a current employee at Propella Consulting Group since April 2022 and my experience with this company is amazing because of cool work culture ,career growth as well Ethical values. I'm really enjoying my work because of continue team support and guidance. Few things are really appreciable like work transparency and flexibility and the best part is permanent work from home options where i can manage both personal and professional life balance.
