There is nothing that i can mention in this box...because I rejoin the company after 4 months,,,,, so i never found anything wrong going here.

You have job security and the team is very friendly untill it comes to the management.

1 Very strict and unnecessary policies. 2 Micro management 3 On paper u have leaves but you can't take it zero leave management 4 wanna be Co-operate

I have worked in many companies in my Career, i have never seen a company which focuses on the Positive culture and the Mental peace of their employees. one of the very less real estate distribution companies who considers their employees as Assets and not Liabilities.
