Only Executive Director is sensible and supportive in the organization.

- Hire & Fire system. - Manager oriented company, Managing Director takes decision on Manager's statements. - Ghar ka khata (Family Business - Husband Wife and 2 kids running this business). - No professionalism. - No respect to the employee.

Work life balance very Good. Working with Tata communications is great experience. Got to work on new technologies and daily work other fun activity also given importance.

Manager of our team accounts and finance department is very helpful reason is manager fighting for own employees from other departments and suppliers related with salaries of employees ,attendance or other things.

Flattery, whispering, coordination of staff or employees with, each other is not well. Team work is not well. Employees Burden of work ignore with each other's..
