lot of politics in side the company.salary increment no.basic salary 10k give no possible to increments.working time 12hrs but only 10k given so i have resign

Was there with the company only for 10 months, higher management gives us the freedom to perform and to implement new ideas but some of the Managers treating employees with so much of disrespect and even at extend they use filthy languages against them which is not acceptable. This needs to be taken care by higher management people to maintain the attrition percentage. These people who all are in the middle management doesnt allow their co-workers to address something or to work on their way to achieve their goals.

Monthly once planning for dinner and very new products are developing

Dislikes

Working hard and smart but no hike and no incentive .. month end doing nearly 18 to 20 hours worked but there is no appreciation and no incentive

Lunch will be provided. Salary on time

Dislikes

No Job Security. Will be terminated anytime. Poorly organized team. Long working hours. No personal life. No proper week-off. Design team will be blamed for all mistakes.

No job security only using new employees for their network and promotions pressurized the employees and after 4 months saying cannot effort you telling to live the organization and holding the Sallaries of the employees you will keep calling no response from HR and VP sales..
