Worst HR Not even having ethics and values They stoped my FNF 1 MONTH SALARY After registration 1 month they said approval pending and the other month no funds now they are saying that I didn't serve the notice period.even after receiving official releaving letter. All false commitments. Hr blocked my mobile no even don't have dare to deal with an employee to explain the exact reason He mentioned that we don't fallow HR policy we just follow's what management says with out any rules.

I like the working environment because they give us a good opportunity to learn everything here, like different techniques, documentation process and many other things.

I dislike the pay scale of company because they give very low payment to employees.

Nothing to like in this company. I would have given less than one star if it was there.

Worst workplace. It was the greatest mistake of my life to join here. They dont value the employees. They want manpower with lowest price bracket and exploit them. Nothing to learn no innovation. Management people are egomaniac with no knowledge. They don't even know 's' of science. No proper culture specially the higher management will behave like you are the servant of their home.

I was associated with this wonderful company for over 3 years. I was able to witness the company going aggressively towardw their vision. Tremandous scope for career growth especially for hardworking employees. One of the best employee friendly work environment and a supportive management. Undoubtedly one of the best place to work in the Medical Devices & Diagnostics Domain.

Typical startup culture where you find tough in the beginning but once you get accustomed to the work environment and start working hard, sky is the limit.

I am very much satisfied with my position as well as growth in this wonderful company. My team mates are very much supportive and the management gives the freedom to work and makes us inclusive in every key decision. It's slightly tough to clear the interview & probation period but the talent prevails. Although the work is 6 days a week, availability of access to seniors is always an ease and we have a scope to learn a lot of work. The manufacturing systems and training on GMP and GLP to every single person is damn amazing.

Slightly lengthy probation period
