So if you are very helpless and no other jobs in hand then also don't join these company. It's just a scam .want you to work for free for them

Nothing to like only good person here was Sidharth sir but sometimes he also gets strict but I understand people above him also pressurise him so no hard feelings .

Where do I begin with team lead Yash the worst person ever when I started working he was very nice as tine passes he become worst , no work life balance , salary very low, everyone is very mean freshers are considered as cheap labours , no timming you have to come exact 9 Am but u can't leave at exact 6pm HR is worst CEO is worst can't leave the company if work isn't done and the give alot of work no time to even breathe

Team members of iOS are really good. But the company's management policy and work culture is very low. Company only pressurise you they don't give any facilities.

Abono guidence here , you have to do your task on pressure basis with your own. Business analyst will give you more work and force you to do in a single day

Productive and fun place to work with, Good opportunities to learn and grow your career. As a fresher, you will explore all the new technologies while working on the respective tech stack projects. Good colleagues and high increments are the cherries on the cake.

At Promatics, If you are good at what you do, there is the benefit of job security. Other than that there isn't much at Promatics. Even in these Covid-19 times we are forced to come to office. The preparations at office are just for show.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance. Too much work to do in so less time. Designers are exploited by developers, business analysts and manager. No Career growth.
