They does not provide you any salary if you are doing work from home intern and force you to work from 10-7 even on Saturday. They will not provide any study course.only document and some YouTube videos will be given. Work on your own risk your laptop will definitely gona slow and start facing keyboard issue. Ask you to maintain wifi connection.without providing any money. Told you to attend meeting after 8. Mentor are also bad . Don't know about json and try to become angular mentor. Everytime ask you to work extra.

Well everything really. The people are amazing, understanding and helpful. The CTO is the best there is. He has mentored me and helped me learn each and everything I wanted to and has never backed down from questions or a problem. If you are keen on learning while working in a light environment, Promact is as good as it gets. But of course you would have your responsibilities and will have to deal with then but everyone is willing to help to make your life easier.

Dislikes

Nothing really, I love working here. The salary and compensation can improve. And steps are being taken to improve it everyday. If you're skilled, you will be appreciated.

Most of the senior developers are supportive.

Manager don't treat developers well. They make a big deal for small confusion or mistakes. There is no help from seniors as they also have too much work to do.

Promact Infotech is a company that offers training in specific domains, and my experience with them has been mixed. The initial phase, where they provided training using ChatGPT-generated documents, seemed promising. However, things took a disappointing turn after the HR screening round. After a month of intensive training and a subsequent internship, I was informed during the interview that I did not possess the required skills. This feedback came as a shock, as the training had given me the impression that I was adequately prepared for the role. Unfortunately, the company's decision not to hire me for the upcoming two-month internship and potential employment left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the effectiveness of their training programs. While I appreciate their commitment to maintaining a skilled workforce, clearer expectations and feedback during the training phase would have been beneficial. please cleared whole thing before to entering the company

-Management -Need some guidance for working directly with clients as there was no clarity and discussion with developer about changing the working time as per the client
