Everything. Management is always shouting. Salary is paid after multiple follow ups and one month salary is always paid after completion of two months. Work life balance is zero. Employee sustainability is poor. Doesn't pay salary to the employees who left the organisation. And if question asked about the salary delays their answers are always about blaming employees that they are not working properly that's why they are unable to bring the revenue on time. They don't have any fund backup. Travel allowance are due of every employee from day one of their working. No PF or medical insurance.
Delay Salary for 2-3month generally. Even You may not get salary if you do police complaint or labour complaint.
Consecutive 3days late attendance your one day salary gone. Same if you work post working hours no over time payment is there.
Sandwich and burger leave policy is there, which can deduct salary of 3-4 days which includes Saturday and Sunday
Don't expect to get TA as they are incapable to pay salary. Even TA amount for an AVP is 84/- INR per day. Where other company AVP goes in car or charterd plane.
They compare their company with top 4 Companies like pwc, Deloitte etc, but they don't have money to pay salary, employees will come up with business then they will pay salary.
Read all your Appointment and Offer letter clauses before signing the contract. Coz there are many policy by which you may need to pay to company instead taking salary from company.
Last but not the least Directors of the company are Mr. & Mrs All knows who always humiliate your knowledge and experience, and VP will smile and nod her head on whatever the statements will be passed by them.

Only one good thing is there that you may learn new things provided if you have the need of learning. No one will teach you, you have to learn your self. Seniors will act like they are guiding you but actually they don't, they only blame you that you don't know anything.
...k culture is terrible.. There are end number of issues which you can't resolve.. only those people can work over there who doesn't have any financial pressure because you will never know when you will get your salary and forget about the TA. They never pay employees TA, even you will get your salary literally after begging.. one month salary always will be in their hand ,that means you will get your one month salary after working 2 or even sometimes 2 and half months working. When ever you leave you have to leave your one month salary and TA of your entire job tenure. And the worst thing is when ever you ask for your salary you will hear just only one thing " there is no business and you guys have done nothing".
The main issue here is the salary. If you have family members depending on your income, this might not be the right place. Salaries are paid every two months, not monthly, and transportation allowances are often withheld. Many employees haven't received their allowances even after two years.
Only you can learn things for your personal growth that's it.

Worst of all, whenever you ask about your salary, you'll hear the same response: "There’s no business, and you all haven’t accomplished anything."
