...Never mind, as I said you will end up working even more than that. Hikes are ok. They will give attractive package to new hire while loyal employees earns less. As it happens in almost every other company in IT, loyalty won't be rewarded.

There are some local politics, in spite of management address it. Even then compensation are good, but career growth is very slow.

Likes

I like the colleagues the most. And hence almost the work culture. But the top management want to quantify everything at micro level makes is bothersome to work freely. They want fungible teams but asks questions when deliverables aren't met. It's not production pipeline, where everything is static and measurable.

Dislikes

Their management and micro management by them. Underpaying employee and asking for more and more work. They used to be liberal company.
