...best. In terms of Career growth this is best company to choose. We learn a lot. In terms of salary hikes it is really good. We get minimum 10 percent of our salary as bonus in the month of March it can be more even depending on the performance of the company. We can learn High Power circuit designing and testing. There is a Elearning platform, from which we can learn whatever we want for free. In terms of learning and working there is no saturation. We learn, earn and grow at the same time in the company. My mentor Stalin (Engineering Director) is the best ever manager I worked with. As a mentor and whole team they support a lot. There will be recreation activities like day outing or dinners and company sponsered trips which are most joyful and enjoyable. Best ever company and best ever team I have worked with.

Nothing. Even if you try to find you find nothing. This may sound exaggerated but, that's the truth.

Good work environment and culture.team are suported and management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Career growth is slow . The manegement does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
