One of the worst company ever, it's like Lala company. Nothing to like in this company. I have been here for couple of years, first year was good but then the management did plotting and raised appraisal to your colleague above me. They built the department on my hard work and sidelined me. Such a pathetic culture. The director, Saurabh Gupta is a worst person ever I have come across. He talk shitt, his below the belt conversations makes you agitated. Your own colleague will plot a controversey against you.

Dislikes

Everything they have is dislikable. Even all the positive rating is from their own chaaploos. They don't have any HR policy. Never land in HR dept, they are the biggest fraudsters. The whole dept is full of controversey and people are pathetic and sick, be it manager or recruitment manager. The biggest chaaploos. They have always licked a$$es whenever got chances.

I generally not likeed to work here. It's having fake faces and work culture was very poor. They don't know how to respect and deal with there employees. They are using there employees for their own benifits and when someone shows good performance they force that person to leave the organisation. It's happens with me they force me to resign by giving me threat of termination without any of my mistake I am a trainee there and they are taking work as an employee.

Dislikes

Women oriented company they are too egoistic and do whatever they want to do. They can expelled out anyone anytime without any reson. Very poor work culture, fake faces.

Nothing to like. On the name of IT company it's worst than BPO. Treat employees like donkey. All things write here are true. Please believe. Don't join else your career will be spoiled. Job not secured. No work life balance. Worst company policies. Not fulfill things even it write in employment contract. Any time they can change it according to his need. Interns never get job here. Even get termination.

Dislikes

They are liars, fraudster, cheaters. If you ask hike then u will be on PIP. You have some personal work but they want you work lately till they want. If denied then they will terminate you and said it's your fault, bcz after finishing the office hours you didn't work ...as you have your own life also. Never appreciate your hard work and dedication towards work. Always showing that u r not doing gud. If you want leave than it'll be unpaid, if it's for some urgency, medical or funeral. Never understand employees problem. Think you are their slave. Hr, managers all r useless. They are animals even worst not humans.

Dislikes

No professionalism, lots of internal politics, no coordination within the team because everyone is having Job insecurities so they do not let their coworkers or juniors to learn. So called Managers are filled with ego and they do not have any professional degree just because they are working from years they became Managers having 0 knowledge, they just l**k their boss a** and boss is such a hop*less guy.
